Fine, as it seems people will attempt to take things beyond there intent
This: The Gallente Union states that Amarr space is sovereign, The Gallente Union has no official business there. The Gallente Union is opposed to terrorism and must not support it in other states. That should read. NO GU Member shall conduct aggressive anti-Amarr or anti-slavery activity in Amarr space (including CCP events). This does not apply to corporate wars. The Sarum militia will conduct it self in the same manner in Gallente space.
Will be changed to: The Gallente Union states that Amarr space is sovereign, The Gallente Union has no official business there. Now the original treaty was to allow V&B to continue their war. As it stands now V&B can remain exempt as their war was declared before the treaty and could have grown past shallow Anti-slavery/Amarr feelings. Or V&B can issue a new reason for war or cede from the GU.

I will not sit buy as innocent people are used as terrorist targets. I will fight alongside anyone in their struggle against terrorism even if I have to kill every last terrorist.

We will, it's a process but everyone eventully becomes a god fearing citizen. We prefer just executing criminals and violent radicals though.
