The Orca is the most over powered broken ship CCP ever invented. Nothing should be done to improve it. Lots should be done to unimprove it. I don't know what specifically, just lots. The only weakness I've ever seen with that ship is the pilot. Or as in many cases, the lack of pilot.

so you would be happy to spend over 400 million on a ship and not have control over it? if you dont think the orca needs this change then why bother even replying?

As stated this only control fleet access to Maintenance Bay.
But it also means that the solution is already present. Just add one more button to allow the same access to corp hangar.
It's a bit silly to have a 400M ship (and some quite hefty skills to fly it) and still having to use jetcans to feed the haulers.

Personally hoping this new Ore bay it's getting will have something along the lines of fleet member access, we can only hope.

Do you seriously not know the answer to that? Can you not even take a stab at some wild guesses?
If you're just going to be simple and take the easy option you can just say "freedom of speech", but I'm sure that if you try, you can think of a very specific reason as to why.

Troll has never meant "Somebody who does not share your opinion". Though since the word troll is currently on it's second recognised definition anyway, maybe it it finally time to change it so it means what all the weak writers wish it to mean.

Tove, you say here specificaly that you dont know why you think its overpowered, it just is... you talk alot, but you don't say much...
You generaly just flame whomever say something you dont agree with, can you please just make some valid point, and not just say BECAUSE!
Its a corp hangar, i get it, i read it ever time i open it, but just because it says CORP hangar does not mean it cant be changed, does not mean it is forever locked in Corp mode! I put forth and idea, now discuss it, instead of just talking air...
