Use this thread to post actual news about the Dynasty Banking case. Please only post genuine events that actually happen, e.g. if you actually get a withdrawal from your account, or if Manalapan or Iknota has made a post in some forum.
I know there's another thread about DB, but that one is full of flames and personal stuff and not a lot of facts, so I think it will be very convenient for a lot of people that there's this thread as well, as a place to post if there is ever anything real to post about.
I've got reasons to be pessimistic, though. I requested a withdrawal something like 3 weeks ago, and still haven't gotten it.

I can confirm Manalapan's last login at the DB forums was July 4, 2009 and prior to that was June 30 and June 20.
I've not seen or heard of any withdrawal requests being processed.

Confirming I have no news whatsoever and that I maintain all player-run in-game banks and investment schemes are subject to enormous potential for scam and theft.
Which "bank" will be next? Which player will be the next virtual disciple of Bernie Madoff?

I suspect that like many others I only pop in here occasionally to see if there is any D-Bank news. Unfortunately the other thread was full of the good and the great discussing semantics along with those who are probably quite intelligent in RL but just seem to want to increase their post count by any means possible as soon as they spot a message board.
Thank goodness for this thread then so that I won't have to skim through all the debris to get to something meaningful. Oh, wait....

What's with the waffle hate? Waffles deserve love too.
In fact, I would say waffles are far greater than pancakes. All those tiny holes to hold all of the toppings you want to use. Syrup stays on a waffle, but drips right off a pancake on to your plate! Waffles win.
