i am doing lvl 3 missions in a drake atm, but want to get into pvp. i hvae a good caracal fitted for pvp. but have no idea what to do cause i am always dying in pvp. what ship should i try to get for now? and how can i experience some pvp?

Advice tends to be specific to location (highsec, lowsec, 0.0?) and gang size. Since you haven't given information on either, assistance is trickier. In general, it's best to learn pvp in cheap, expendable ships - such as frigates.
Nevertheless, here is some a good fit Caracal fit for solo lowsec PVP:
5x Assault Missile Launcher II
MWD I, 2x X5 web, Warp Disruptor I, Large Shield Extender II
2x Ballistic control system II
2x Warrior II
Replace T2 with lower metalevel as appropriate. Your intended targets are frigates. Run from cruisers. Buy platinum insurance. Bring a small supply of CN missiles of all damage types, and FOFs of all damage types (~200-250 of each).

Join a PVP corp would be my advice I think.
Or if you want some ideas tell us what you've been doing and what's been going wrong.
I can't see any kills or losses on battleclinic.

My corp accepts and trains new pilots who want to learn to PVP. Look us up in game if your interested and we will have a chat.

That being said your first lesson shall be this . . . don't PVP in a Caracal. It does have it uses, but it is not a ship that is going to be capable of what you (most likely) have in mind. If you want to get your foot in the door to PVP (and want to stick with Caldari) I might recommend a blaster fitted Merlin. From there on a HAM Drake and/or a blaster fitted Ferox can be a mean machine.
That is of coarse only if you don't want to cross train to another race . . .
