Well it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that he was provoking both sides into agreeing to fight. Rather well planned because niether would dare back down for the sake of ego and pride..
and although I personally think that its a celest alt, and darth thinks that it isnt, there is no evidence to go either way. Only time will tell I suppose, but try to keep the whole presidio/reptar thing in mind before you disregard him 
I think the alt belongs to..... rath amon. why? no clue, random guess

darth's probably right, but whatever regardless of who got it going it might be fun
ill take a guess and say someone from shinra (edit- actually now that i think about it, this guy was too respectful to m0o to be shinra, didnt see any "yap yap" nonsense, oh well whatever)

yar, i agree, alts are starting to pee me off... a mean iv worked hard to get everyone in the game to hate me ... u all should try it..
