just been on entropy but couldnt see them on the market :-(
i saw the skill, but couldnt c any ships.
other people assure me they are (where?) there. someone get the screenies up plz!

You have to disable "show only active items", then they will show up.
noooo you dont say? been playing eve over a year now, so yes i did know that and they STILL didnt show.
just got back from the gym and they are now there :-)
the skill requiremnts have got to be wroung, i would quess that it should be cruser 5 and hvy assault ship 2 (not the other way around)

It does have 5 turret slots but then again it's an assault ship. Some feedback for CCP, if it's gonna be a long range ship (with the optimal bonus it seems like it will be) change the tracking bonus on it to a damage bonus. I almost think the stabber's gonna be the prize pick of the minnie ships as a fast cruiser that can actually fit stuff.
The maller's pretty sweet best minitank this side of battleships. The vexor's pretty good too with the ability to field what, like 14 drones at 65km with a 5000 drone bay? The caracal's good too. Now about the rank 6 skill at level 5... I hope they're gonna change that to 4. :-/
your joking i take it? heres the ruptor hulls bonuses
Minmatar Cruiser Skill Bonus: 5% bonus to Medium Projectile Turret rate of fire and 5% bonus to Medium Projectile Turret damage per level
Heavy Assault Ship Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to Medium Projectile Turret optimal range and 5% bonus to Medium Projectile Turret tracking speed per level
so you have 4 (every single bonus) to your ships guns, do you realise how much damage thats going to be able to put out?
