hey guys...mind sharin some good fittings for an arbitrator for small gang/a lil solo? have t2 armor tanking skills, no t2 guns or drones, as of yet. would prefer something besides neuts in the highs, if possible. thx in advance

What can this kill? And how?
Anything smaller will run away, anything larger will pop the arbi faster then the arbi pops it.
I just don't see how this could kill anything that is competently flown.
w/o the neut bonuses of the Recon version of this ship, it doesn't seem very potent at all.
