So, Oveur, do you have a copy of the constitution for me? I'd just like to figure out if changing constitutional provisions by referendum is at all constitutional. Might go some way to determine my own stance on this "issue".

I see no need to restrict alts that have been in the game any longer than the announcement of the referendum.
Alts created after the announcement, solely to influence the election, should not be allowed, in my opinion at least.

This is just a change to the constitution so that there can be an actual vote. This event is scheduled to climax in December. There will be quite an amount of player participation.
The climax will determine what the Gallente do in the future, I'd save my breath until it all unfolds

Although I hope that everyone wont make a damn alt and influence the election. All the huge numbers of caldari playing will probably sway the election...
