In Pure's defence, it was hard to mount a defence when half the corps had decided to be AWOL from the battlefield while they formed their own alliance. Shame but that's how the cookie crumbles. I guess it's good luck to INIT. Kinda makes sense to leave the region when MM took all the cadmium moons off you in the region you thought you 'owned'. With friends like that, who needs enemies eh?

In other words, Pure was already dead and the stand was only formal. You managed to get the upperhand only after a jammer mistake, otherwise you would still be at the same point today. Given the numbers you had and Pure had in the system (you had 5 times our numbers), your success is quite an epic luck. Today... oh... nvm - Goodfellas were cool kids, you're shaming its name.
