19b, is there an end date/time?
who is this "darkness" fellow
would you be willing to swap in cap recharger 2s in the mids, for traveling (and just putting the t2 shield mods in the cargo hold)
I assume the cap booster means capital shield booster, not capacitor booster
Also, what region is it in?
