surprisingly this fit has a decent buffer 40k EHP. 35.6k of it is in shields. the turrets have a falloff of 19km

Giving it a shield buffer tank is a pretty normal setup, just using it as something like a heavy tackler.
But especially what you did with your lows is just wrong.

Not really, Lach can be a fun ship if used right. More suited to low sec piracy maby, but still workable.

ehhh scramblers are for whimps XP and idk just a different fit i never fly the gallente recons but if i do its a rail arazu 100%

From experience, if you are planning to shoot stuff with a lachesis rather than being ewar support, you definitely need some sort of cap booster. The cap on both the arazu and lachesis are pretty horrendous. Other pilots may agree, if they have ever tried to warp more than 100 AU or so in a gallente recon.
I cant comment on other races recons in regards to cap, do they suffer similar problems? If not, maybe this could do with getting fixed.

Heh ye i could, i bet they would be really effective with the 17k SPs i have in missiles. Im fully gallente spec'd and iv never had any incentive to train missiles for any other gallente ship.
