That is the only reasonable action you can do.
Everyone who takes this game that far is just sick and needs serious medical help.

The reason doesn't matter at all. If you do not know: stalking and threatening to kill someone is a pretty hefty crime. Doesn't matter if the reason is money, being jealous, playing internet spaceship game or whatever.
But from your reply it looks like you think it is perfectly fine to do so? Maybe you want to clarify that?

Hacking forums and teamspeak service and gaining illegal access to them (for example through the means of social engineering) is in most countries illegal. DDOS attacks are illegal as well.
From your point of view, goons would never do such things then, right?

yes it has happened somewhere completely not relevant to this discussion under circumstances that in no way approach it but wow your logic has really opened my eyes!
Don't you agree that Eve can be pretty intense compared to other MMO's? You can lose the 'work' of years in a few moments, that is in such a way not possible in most other MMO's.
So if people kill others over MMO's which are less intense than Eve, won't it be to far stretched then to think that the story of the op is impossible or just a lie to get attention?
What I have seen from Eve so far and from some of its playerbase, I would be pretty surprised actually if this WOULD NOT happen sooner or later.
The op makes some extraordinary claims on the other hand. Therefore it needs some extraordinary proof also. Just saying 'it happened' is not good enough in this case. His story is still perfectly believable - and much more believable than the goons saying that they never hacked any forum or social-engineered their way into it (which is same as illegal as hacking itself btw).
