Who would never ever, for instance, spend a half hour spamming "Beep Beep, I'm a Truck" in Local while ramming a ship named "Smoske" with a ship named "Truck" just to **** off the two largest alliances in game. Everyone knows, doing stuff in-game to make people sperg out invariably leads to making unfunny, unoriginal, and illegal real-life threats.

Honestly dude, you've made it blatantly obvious the death threat is a complete lie. Nobody takes a death threat this lightly, and then makes it a soapbox to stand on. Someone posts a thread saying that they had a death threat made against them and their proof that that this happened is that those who are accused are saying you're lying and asking for proof. You're making a huge claim against a specifc alliance without any proof what so ever, unless of course the phantom caller told you it was goonswarm in which case if you believe that then you're crazier than I thought (which is pretty crazy). I've joined goonswarm and have meet many a intelligent and decent person within. That doesn't mean that there isn't a person in goonswarm that does questionable acts but I'd be surprised if any goon would take this game so seriously and if one was found then I'm sure they would be ridiculed beyond belief. I'm not sure which country you're in but I believe that that usally innocent until proven guilty is the usual way a justice system looks at matters. So it would be nice if you could proove or at least provide evidence that a death threat was made in the first place and then that an alliance who previously to this accusation didn't know you're corp existed made such a call. Thats not unreasonable is it? Goon's arn't flaming this thread, their just disputing your accusation against them. How else would you expect us to act in the face of such a laughable accusation? Think about it. Do you KNOW it was Goonswarm or are you picking the target that will get more the most noteriety on a internet forum?
