I cannot speak for my entire corp, however i can speak for myself. I'm looking for a small patch of space (not nessecarily an entire system or region), where i can live, put a pos down, moon mine, haul, rat, etc etc etc, I would like to know the cost of being blue and having rights to put down poses at high or mid end moons. peticularly im interested in moon mining, and at the very least i'd like to mine cadmium, and obviously a cut of the isk will be given to the renter. Replies and initial estimates please.

everything but the best moons are a net loss most of the time. renters dont get good moons.

You wont get any moon mining worth a damn anywhere in eve, but I can help you out with some quiet space for the rest of it, mail me in game and be aware, you will need some capital for the first months rent.

Go to Aridia, lots of good moons to be had, all you have to do is take it...(Hint: Bring caps)
Other than that, it's unlikely in the extreme that someone is going to rent you a med or high-end moon anywhere, and if by chance they do, the cost will be likely more than you can get out of the moon.

Confirming there are lots of good moons in Aridia, and the alliance that holds them is a real pushover, especially when it comes to their moongold.
