Great, here come all the wannabe highsec mercs that seem to think that station camping is the only way to get good kills. While it may overall be a good "deterrent" for decs, one of the biggest issues with sharing decs is sharing decs with other groups that don't understand the ins and outs of highsec pvp.

I'm all for the option to bring mercenaries into the war. I'm against it being completely free, and I'm definitely against it favoring ONLY the defender. Two possibilities for making it more balanced:


2) Allow the aggressor to bring in one ally for every two the defender hires. This creates an escalation of warfare rather than allowing the defender to simply overwhelm the aggressor.



Don't cry sandbox when the aggressor is just as artificially limited as the defender used to be.

PL can't defend their tech. They also couldnt take on s2n so they had to batphone TEST. Face it, PL is a thing of the past. Rotting like the NC did. Its just a matter of time before they start to cascade.

The devs have stated in recent posts on the forums that they are going to look at putting in weekly renewals of ally contracts as a priority. But no promises or ETA.

srsly why can't the aggressor call on its allies if the defender calls on their allies, isn't that how politics actually works?

PL can't take on S2N? The 99 Percent is taking over joint S2N/RA sov. And we're doing it with 20-50 man guerilla fleets. If anything, it's nulli whose ****** up, since they're seemingly having trouble resisting a small alliance of former highsec scrubs.
