if only someone posted a fix thread for your specific problem...

It's a feature, not a bug. Every time you jump into a system, the cargo opens up to remind you of what you have there. Maybe you want to sell something, buy something, or just be aware that could get ganked for your cargo. |

Go to settings and click reset settings tab, then click the reset to default window position one. It fixed it for me.

Couldn't possibly have an expansion that didn't make you redo your UI for every account again.

The word feature may be a bit far off the mark. If the cargo window is open when you jump, it closes. next jump it opens and so on. (thats before running the attempted "fix" that is) |

 I had this when Incarna launched, it did get annoying. My advice is to either look for the fix or just stick it in a corner (like I did, yes i'm idle)
