That is a standing to npc hit. Sameway you lose standings if you kill any other assets of the same NPC corp. Same way Guristas have you at -2.68 for killing Gurista ships. You Concord Sec status should remain unchanged. Nothing wrong in the picture you showed. Pain is meant to be felt

Only their pathetic navy stalks and harrasses me when in their space.

Get an alt to pod them then.. or let someone else kill them Or just take the hit.. Since you have good sec status keep track of you standings and do missions for them Its not just to kill ppl not even in 0.0 space.. "viper zulu > toast has killed our whole corporation ships at least once"
