lasers on tempest? like this?
well - one thing is good abaut lasers on tempest - they look beter on it than on amarr ships 
(and they are beter for NPC huntting)

i agree on one thing
Minmatars need more speed
BS speed advantage on minmatar ships is not nearly big enough to compensate theyr crappines - and 5% speed bonus on Vaganond? that ridicilos! atleast 7% !

I whuld love to see 10% 10MN AB speed bonus/level on Vagabond
so using 10MN AB's whuld FINALY be an option to MWD's and oversized AB's

yeah - with minnie Heavy assault shield resistances you need only to stick Medium CL-5 and 10MN MWD + 100mn AB and there you go - you will have an ³ber pwnage machine that goes insanely fast, (with inffinite cap) uses wepons that dont take cap (missiles and projectiles)
Granted - munnin or Vagabont wont be able to take BS 1 on 1 like deimos can  - but im shure as hell that Deimos wont be able to pull out similar raiding tricks as Minmatar ships can
