Give up already. Seriously. 7 months might seem like a lot at your age, but it's basically peanuts in the grand scheme of things.
You're 19, you'll dump or be dumped by a lot more girls before you find the one you'll actually marry, have kids with, and most likely get a divorce from.
You know, if you won't have kids without getting married, or if you'll ever find a girl that will tolerate you. And that's up to you ... either find one that's "damaged goods" enough to tolerate you as you are, or GET BETTER and find a decent one instead.
It might sound unusually cluel, harsh or downright malicious of me to say all of this... but it's sadly only realistic.

Best thing is to just stop talking to her, and yes, move on. Seems impossible now but hang out with friends, check out other girls, be YOURSELF for a while, you'll begin to feel a whole lot better within a month or so.

Honestly dude, you're only 19. You should be out meeting lots of girls and not just settle for one or be hung up on one. Its hard to get a girl or keep her if you appear weak and insecure. Be a man, be fun, be confident.

thanks for all the advice so far guys, i've left it few days now since i contacted her. my mate has invited her to his party so guess i'll see what happens but i went down few days ago and when i was talking to her it was as if we were going out again. were going to see how it goes with her and if it's fine i'm going to talk to her about it all because i still haven't in person. i've spoken to a few of my mates and they think its still worth a go and it can't do any harm for now. any more advice would be helpful, once again thanks guys

Women in their 20's are more experienced but are 'me me me'. A lot of them have a drink problem more so then men.
Women in their 30's are a lot more mellow and worldly.
As you get older the sex gets better but the hangovers worse

Afraid I have to agree with the majority here- she's moved on, you need to also. It's twee and a cliche, but time does heal.
Don't contact her at all and, as a poster earlier said, if you have lots of stuff that reminds you of her, box it all up and dispose of it. If you can't bear to do that, at least stick it in the loft/ basement out of sight.

By far tbe best way to move on from relations with a woman is to move on to another. When your young its easy to think that a particular woman is the best it can be. But you can get a unique majic with another that suits you.
Often the grass is greener on the other side if your single or have been with a partner for a long time. Men with partners often say to single men your so lucky. Single men often envy men in relationships.

Gonna go with every other serious response on this thread and say let her be. What does a girl that has no interest in a future with you have to do with a better future for you? Even if you get her back, so to speak, it doesn't sound like she'd be very happy.
Lots of other women out there. Beautiful women. Intelligent women. Good hearted women. I'd recommend taking a walk along a college campus on a nice sunny day.
But before you get involved in a new relationship, you need to find a center that defines YOU. Who you are, where you are headed in life, what principles you uphold should be decided before you start trying to commit to long term relationships. If religion, meditation and your parents haven't given you a good foundation here, I'd stick with the basic healthy wealthy and wise: keep in shape and clean, get a job and be thrifty, and commit to continual education and learning. You'll do fine, and success tends to bring the girls without trying.

Go get a lap dance, drink and be merry, don't bother being serious about a woman until you're close to 30, all the ones under 30 aren't even worth it.
Just say to yourself "**** her" and get on with it, there's 1,000,000 more just like her out there, trust me.
I dunno about the being "clean, get a job and be thrifty" part, I've had more women want to sleep with me when I was all drugged out, dirty and broke than responsible, clean and upstanding lol...just make sure you keep up with the education so you can actually make some money some day.

She dumped you. It might have felt like "it was if we were going out again", but its not. Here's the plan:
Go to said party.
Hook up with another chick, and screw her in your car. Make sure the X knows.
Make her jealous.
Then you have 3 options:
Use jealously to get back with said chick, and manipulate her into being with you I.E. being obsessive.
Use jealously to get her to think you want her, then "dump her" and make yourself feel better I.E. being an ass. (my favorite)
Realize its all stupid high school crap that you can't seem to get out of, grow up, go to college, let girl of your dreams come to you because you have a good job, don't suck, and have more practice so now your good in bed. (worked for me).
Protip: She sucks. Move on. Get good job. After that it is EZ MODE.
