Dear CCP im writing this to clear up a few issues for a buddy of mine Bentuzii who is excited at the changes to come in the upcomming patches..
Firstly id like to make it known that ben is a disabled player and is wheelechair bound since falling from a roof while fitting TV areals..
His first complaint is that of there being no disabled parking outside Jita 4-4 this makes him reluctant to enter jita to resupply :(
secondly is there any industrial guys out there who can refit his vaga to accomadate his wheelechair?
thirdly is there any plans for ramps for ambulations allowing access for the disabled comunity?
If ccp can clear these points up my budy would be over the moon

While your buddy might be bound to a wheelchair, his character isn't.

Ben is a fairdinkumm guy.. he is the best guy out there....
raptor ur post is well funny and hits a serious note for all people who cannot walk.. I would like to hear from ccp about this one... it makes us all, somehow humbled

Hover chairs for all, considering most of us have been in our pods not using our muscles for much, I'm pretty sure they would have atrophied in to near uselessness. Have to wait and see what they do, but it could be fun.

I'm sorry to hear about your buddies injury. However I am pretty sure in the distant future, you know when the technology exists to save you from dying when you get podded, someone as well off as a spaceship captain would not have to be bound to a wheelchair. Worst case is they just clone you into a body that isn't disabled.

Tell you friend to upgrade his clone to new, shiny and healthy body , then tell him to pod him slef. He should wake up just fine.

For optimal realism, some stations should be wheelchair-friendly and some should not. An obvious candidate for wheelchair-hostile is Caldari. Probably Amarr too.

Bent wheelechair inside drama.
I know bent since good old IAC days, he was in good shape then, running around in his shiny new Phoenix giving orders to every crewman yelling, shouting when discovered a 10/10 plex in that cursed space, oh the good old days, the good old days i tell ya. The drama, the inside drama that hit him as much as it hit us is unbearable. Seeing him with that wheelechair setup he got from raptor makes me wanna rage atm. So for all capsulers out there make me proud and promote the wheelechair ramp in the upcoming patch.

I think ccp should rush the release of ambulation for disabled players like bentuzii. Now being bound to his home and consequently his computer, walking around in the game he loves most might somehow compensate, in a weird way, the disability he has in real life.
