I was wondering if anyone out there has a list of all the officer implants available.
I'm planning of spending some serious isk to improve my pathetic brain 
Any help would be great

Officer implants? Do you mean the pirate faction implants like Slaves and Crystals? Or like Pashan's 7% ROF/Large energy turret damage implants?
If you want to check out implants, open up EFT and have a look through there...

Not the Slave/Crystal, the other ones like ^^ Pashan's. been trying to find a +7%/+8% for missiles, but non of the online guides include them in the lists.
And Future Mutant, i looked on there and that site don't list them either.
Is there a list and if not is there a known +7/8 for missiles?

Im guessing you mean a hardwire implant- they usually have a bonus listed as a %..
Attribute implants are the +2, +3, +4, +5 ones
and pirate implants are attribute implants with a bonus to something else..
i do not know of anything resembling a 7% hardwire to anything missile related- and +7 attribute implants can not be bought anymore.
So either way you meant it the answer is they dont exist.
What you see is what you get- most guides are complete though some may be outdated.

do all the implants work on capital ships/modules too or only if explicitely stated?

Yes i meant hardwiring. Ogdin's Eye Coordination Enhancer <- is one of them. I got it off your website (looks like it lists a very few of them, but not even close to all of them). I also saw one that increased +7% armour hitpoints on contracts last night, but it's been sold now (so no link  )

Note: Implants that are striked are not released to the public but exist in the EvE Database.
no idea how accurate this website is- i dont run it i just use it- eve mon prolly has a more accurate list

Do the zex Hardwirings like the Hardwiring - Inherent Implants 'Gentry' ZEX1000 even exist ingame?

According to EveHq's item DB, which is up to date, the only missile hardwirings are Zainou Deadeye, Gnome, Sharpshooter and Snapshot.
Plus one officer, Whelan Machorin's Ballistic Smartlink, Gives a -5% bonus to Missile Rof. Implant slot 10.
