? great fight its was pitifully laggy as all fleet battles are. The game is basiclly unplayable in this state for a fleet battle like that. I couldnt believe I hear players saying that was great fun, best fun Ive ever had, ect.. It is lag at its worst and simply unbelievable that I have to pay to play in that state. As far as fun it was far from it. I lived the whole battle just fine. The local chat and sportsmanship was the best Ive seen since I started playing eve. Great job on both sides, very professionally done by both sides. But come on if you think thats fun, Im afraid to say that you really will be bascilly having an orgasim in your pants if the LAG in this game is ever fixed.
Im basiclly disgusted that CCP has allowed this type of game play to continued this far into the game. Shiva is coming out with more items, more code, I can only hope they improvements that CCP has stated about the lag in fleet battles is tremdously better.
Props to all involved, but I say again If you think this was fun, once the lag in fleet battles is fixed, you'll be creaming in your jeans.
God willing CCP will fix it, if not bah.

I was taken down three times though over one hour and thirty minutes in the main fleet battle. Two times before my screen loaded upon warp-in.  Good fight any way though imho :)

now thats more like it no smack just plain good old gaming and killing gj from both sides. u should both be saluted for the fair play u showed on forums for a change instead of *****ing at each other kudoz to all involved :) |

4-5 minutes reloading upon entry and like fighting in treacle.
Not as bad as yesterday's fight where we couldn't move at all but still terrible.
Nothing like the decent lag in the battles we used to get :<

this was realy cool fight ...
both sides make well
only sham that third side(CCP) screwed up :(
my pow :
bob warps in /me locking scorps .... counter at 0 and 30 sec l8tr i finaly got a lock ... turning dumpers on ... 50 sec l8tr my dumpers went online ... i lost teh lock coz of dumping raven ... so i think ... lets rewarp ;p right click and what? nothing :P no menu ;] so teh only option was to warp to some 1 who allready warped out ;] ... i made it ;p coz in gang chat menu was showing up :) .... ok lets go back ... entering grid ...freeeeeeeez... 30 sec l8ter i see 3 yellow drones ... no ships ... no missiles nothing!!! no more popup menus ... so i decided to manualy crash :)
5 sec l8tr login in ..... no entering space ... black screen 2 mins l8tr ...i think i will relog 1 more time coz it wont let me in :(
omg finaly im in ... oh and thx god im in random 1mil km safe spot (stopped)
now w/o a gang ... i think who cares lets dance :) warping in ... entering grid .. freeeeeeeeeezzzz 30 sec l8tr ... i see ships, drones and other crap :) :D ... lets llock secoundary ... locking .... counter at 0 ... nothing 30 sec l8tr got lock ... bah damped again :/ ... shouting on ts name of pilot whos damping me .. ok some 1 damped him ;p ... lets rock :) some mega just warped in on teh other side ... 60 km from me ... frigates rushed at him ... and his become primary ... so lets shoot him ;p ... 40 sec l8 my missiles fired .... dumpers started workin ... and my fps stabilised at 2 frames per secound with 5 sec freezes in every 30 sec of action ...
next thing ... i become primary or secundary ... whatever ... i was in trouble :) ... lets warp out ;] ... right click dnt work :/ ... no gang ... so i started clicking like mad on some planet ... nothing ... and nothing ... speed 0m/s and them all freezed and i saw nice grey screen :( ... lets log in and pray ....
now take this part of story and multiple by 3 and u have my pow :(
actualy i think i hit smth ... but dunno who was that ;p

Personally though that fight was horrible. The entire fight for me consisted of lagging horribly, dying, warping to get another ship, loading, dying (still loading), warping to a SS, relogging (in the vain hope so many would die the lag would improve:),getting another ship, warping back to fight, dying (still loading), warping out, getting another ship, dying, etc....
I really just wanted to scramble 1 BS :) Luckily I was just flying frigates, but I really wanted to at least contribute to the fight.
This was for me the worst lag I have ever experienced. The first fight of the war was much better in comparisson.
But again great fight for all of those who managed to activate anything 
P.S. My lag was so bad I was still seeing missiles explode in space 10 minutes after the fight...in a safe spot...hm...
