No if they were doing nothing people would complain, when they do something people still complain. So maybe shut up *****ing and put up with the issues for a short period until the issues are resolved.

Its bad enough we get logged out all the time, and to have to go through that as well... AAARGHHHHHHH Besides, the Eve universe is fairly harsh. If you do something stupid, you pay the price. Why doesnt the same apply to the forums? If you click on a link that goes somewhere you dont know and download something, well, thats the price you pay for being an idiot. Make it such that trial accounts cannot post anywhere but the new users forum. If you need to ban someone after posting an alt, you have a fully paid account that you are going to ban.

Well look at it this way with this new Captcha and the 42 times you have to log in to post AND no auto log in you will see far less of thoose idiotic Goon spam threads allover the forums As far as i remember you can only post if you are a paying customer Fake EDIT : ohhh the Captcha wasnt made to take down the awfull Goon posting?

You could just implement a word filter that isn't taken straight from the 90s. Other forums solved this before tackling the y2k problem.
