You all know it makes sense (apart from you scum Caldari & Amarr).
Foiritan is the best thing to happen to the Gallente since sliced long limb roes!
He is pro technology and was THE driving fore behind the crielere project (before the money hungry caldari scum stole from and then terminated the project, ending in Caldari based pirates destroying the facility).
He will make our race even more prominent than we already are over the others.
So when you are in that polling booth remeber,
Yes for Foiritan is a yes for Prosperity!

I will be voting no.
My reasons? The current president seems more enamoured with holding power than using it wisely.
His crusade against the UDI terrorists is nothing more than a fiction to raise fear levels to keep him in power, as is this piece of legistlature. Its nothing to do with the whats best for the Federation, only whats best for Foiritan.
When was the last time, if ever, that he turned his attention to things that matter? Intaki self rule, a proper and lasting settlement over Caldari Prime, the slave trade?
A yes vote is a vote for a power grab. I'll have none of it, thank you.

I've voted in favor of the senate to ensure the democratic process remains unscathed in these uncertain times. As progressive as the current President is, I'm confident that other candidates will be capable taking proper action when required. Fear isn't an adequate enough reason to keep the current administration in office, and technological advancement won't replace the basic principles of democracy and the freedom to choose.

I've voted in favor of the senate to ensure the democratic process remains unscathed in these uncertain times. As progressive as the current President is, I'm confident that other candidates will be capable taking proper action when required. Fear isn't an adequate enough reason to keep the current administration in office, and technological advancement won't replace the basic principles of democracy and the freedom to choose.

I'll vote NO as well. I'm sure every president has had items they've had to pass on to the next administration. Who wouldn't want more time to finish their goals. Modifying the laws of the executive office isn't the answer however.

Someday they might realize the benifits of having a stable government for hundreds and even thousands of years

Despite my support for the President's efforts against the UDI terrorists and his stance on advancing technology, I voted in favor of the senate, as I do not think it is proper for a president to attempt to extend his own term of office.
We have laws in place for a reason, they shouldn't be changed because it's "convenient."

I will be following the will of the senate in it's wisdom and voting NO on this issue and I would advise all my fellows to do the same.

However, Lord Kador and Deacon Vorbarra, this is what God has provided for the Gallente. Though it may not be as perfect a system as that of a divinely-appointed leader such as the venerable Amarrian Emperor, and social corruption such as you mention can be widespread, it is certainly a better system than that of the Caldari, which caters only to their base desires of profit.
Perhaps, though voting, God's will for the Gallente can be done. Perhaps there are enough of my fellows that have the best interests of the Gallente Federation at heart; people who have had their minds touched in the smallest way by God. Or perhaps not. Only time will tell.
