Its simple, either the Shinra throw out this Lallente dude and therefore prove this was the action of a simpleminded individual, or they keep him therefore approve of his actions and are just as guilty and should be punished.

And i think you should come punish us, since your
1: a hired goon, by the caldari gaming commission.
2: once a tourist to our space who got podded.
3: the new CEO of Shinra.
4: just jumping the bandwagon, because you really dont like CA, even though you never had any bussiness with them.
We both know we can rule out point 1 and 3, so if you have any problems with us, come down to HLW, and maybe we can sort it out

while i am not with a position of authority within the Shinra Corporation, i can say with confidence that the following reflects the view of the authoritive branches of Shinra incorporated:
We will not now, nor ever, yield to political or public pressure in regards to punitive actions to be taken against members of our organization. We value our employees and contracts and will not sell them short to satisfy the needs or desires of third parties. -s we all know, the Caldari Gaming Commission have themselves referred to the Caldari Races as essentially lawless events in which violence is condoned. To then expect exemplary behaviour before race commencement is a sign of naievite on the part of the Commission, aswell as showing that they have underestimated the dangers inherent in holding such events in zero security space. The Shinra Corporation is therefore unlikely to make any kind of formal apology or reparations to the parties involved as they all knew the risk involved beforehand.

Again, we feel that no rules have been broken and that neither Lallante, nor the Shinra corporation is obligated to apologize or repay for damages received.
As for speculations regarding hostilities between the Caldari State and the Curse Alliance i have only to say the united Caldari State Corporations, save for a few individuals, have showed little interest in hostilities against the Curse Alliance. And that, while the CA are prepared to defend themselves, are currently engaged in combat operations in the outer rim and have no immediate plans to perform an invasion of the Caldari State or the ceasing of any Caldari assets.

Caldari demands a public statement from the CA and makes some veiled threats. Oh, and Misu Baniya is not as 100% supportive as he used to be...
Can we all please see a statement hopefully denouncing the actions made? If not, can you please give the good caldari enough reason to assign a task force to bashing the CA to holy hell? You're all well on your way as it is, so just keep on flaming and smacktalking gentlemen :)

Thats a way of life in Caldari space. Cororation being destroyed and absorbed. People jockying for position and power. It's a way of life.
Doing what Lallente did was, erm, very Caldari of her. I applaud the courage and self sacrifice that allowed one of her own to win. Brilliant.
As to those who hate the CA and wish the Caldari State to declare war on them, let me remind you that this action would cause the CA to swell with an influx of every Gallente patriot in the galaxy.
But hey, the CA seems to have fought almost every alliance and corp around, I guess now they want t start against empires. :)
