Silly question at this point and you may have answered this already have not checked every post. 
Is it fit with the standard travel fit. T2 mods, fighters and fuel?
Also the transfer will be in quite lowsec system right?

Yup the MS is travel fitted, comes with fighters, fuel, cloak all the usuals and will be transferred in low sec.

Yeah i'm hoping so. I've certainly done alot of work for this lottery but its well worth it i think.
I'm hoping once people see my method of drawing a winner and that it went off without issues they'll sell faster. I do have an in game channel and mailing list - "Dark Market Mailing" which will have details of future lotteries.
Would love to draw a winner today!
