I used to be friends with a couple officers when I lived further south, no car is faster than a radio or a helicopter.
Theres a reason you don't see many motorcycles on those road chase cop shows, because often the police just let the dumbass speed and kill himself.
But as far as catching the guy, I do not think cops can catch a bike if the guy riding has any idea how to ride it.
Oh and on a side note, helicopters in theory can be outrun, most police helicopters have a top speed of about 150mph(260km/h)so if you had little traffic and a ferrari or another type of supercar it could be done, though I doubt a ferrari would be running from the police because you wouldn't need license plates to point him out in traffic.

I like the way you made a quick edit to add the second statement. It really adds a sense of you taking time to seriosuly evaluate your position and make a stand for what you believe in, whatever other people may think of you. It makes you look really principled.
What a shame the first statement you made is a load of rubbish.

What I like about this post is the way you start it with 'they already know' - alluding to the idea that you are only saying what the silent majority are thinking. Then I like how you go on to say it will 'draw some of the fire' of off you - which makes you sound like a selfless martyr in persuit of justice and truth. It makes you sound brave.
