Hmm actually the max range for drones on that Gallente ship is 70 km if you've got maxed out skills of course. Standard is 20km, plus 5km per level of scout drone x 5, plus 5km per level of heavy assault cruiser x 5.

Just one question, is it possible to damage a ship that has 100% resistance on everything? Because that's possible with one of the new Amarr ships...

I really doubt that's possible unless there is a hardener with 100% resistance. As bonuses increase resistance, the percentage of each successive resistance bonus is subtracted from the remaining vulnerability, thus bonuses decrease as they stack.
For example, most shields have an EM resistance of 0%, indicating a vulnerability of 100%. A 50% EM hardener brings that 100% down to 50% (100/2 = 50). An additional 50% hardener will only increase resistance to 75% overall as it is reducing the remaining vulnerability (50%) by half. --------------

I think the highest you can achieve is like 92-95% resistances, and that's only with like all your low slots filled with modules...
