Rich means having fun and/or friends in (virtual) life - or anything over 700B ISK in active assets these days to compensate a lack of fun and/or friends in (virtual) life.

But having 60 million SP and 20 million isk is sorta like sleeping in the park and bathing in public fountains. Right now I am sitting on 340 million and have no use for it. Now that probes are infinite usage I really have no expenses at all but tons of income. Even when I lost my most recent ship, it was only 30 million or so in value and I already had a spare in the hangar, all I had to pay for was the T2 afterburner.

Seeing as how this is a pvp game, the best measure of wealth might be how many t2 fitted and fully rigged Battleships you can lose before having to scramble and grind and/or drop heavy hints in Corp. 20+ BS = Special MSN Friends, BPO, (or really good macro) 11-19 BS = Very rich 6-10 BS = rich 4-5 BS = well off 2-3 BS = most pvp'ers I knew/know 1 BS = nervous as hell 0 BS = n00b, horribly miser or terribly lazy
