this is all very well, the only weak point is accountability of draw
this stuff is bound to be scam as surelly at the end some "realted party" will "win" the lotto. I would believe it if it was draw transmitted live, so that you could actually logon and see papers being mashed in a machine and then some random papers falling out. i don't belive a single second that draw will be genuinly legit.
so yeah ppl, go ahead and donate your isk to him.

Looks like this is going well! Just some ideas...
Dangerousdood also post your account name to the InvisableCastle roller before you draw the winning number with a link to your roles (By using the search function on the top right of the page). This way people can see what numbers you have drawn.
Also post the numbers people have in this thread so people can see who has what ticket, do this BEFORE you draw numbers so people know the number they have before hand.
Just a note, people CANNOT influence the numbers that come from this site. It is designed for roleplayers so that they can role thier stats, and so that they CANNOT cheat.
Also, regarding the comments of what the character is worth, normally in lotteries people will make money from it (except me lols). So you need to expect some profit. With 300 tickets with odds of 1:300 that pretty good odds.

Does this not reassure you? tolling a lgit thread is gay, dont do it read all the other posts first. this is ;legit, scamming on a character is a bannable offence and this not a scam and not rigged.

if im correct that site saves previous rolls so if u say agree to make the "cghar name" on the roll somthing u cant possible fake like EvELotto1857352833 or somthing then ppl can get a list of every roll that char had ever made thus ppl will see you haven just rolled enough time to get the numebr you want

oh sorry now i see what you mean, there was a previous post that linked to the name the lotto will be drawn on, ill add it to the main, post this is done becuase like you say, i could just roll and roll untill i get what i want, but using that profile you will be able to see all my previous rolls, which is currently 0 rolls and only the first roll will be used.
Ill add it to the main post so you can see it easier.
People are very suspisious and caution, i guess its understandable but i didnt think it would be this hard to persuade people its not rigged lol.

You cannot modify the rolls you make on the site he is using. If you have his login name for rolls you can see every roll he has made... so if he wanted to say keep rolling until a friends number came up you would see it.
I see he has linked his roller login, and you can see the numbers people have purchased.
It would be pretty hard for him to scam you, also would he want to be banned for scamming a 3bil isk character???

Consider im eve mail EVERY person with there numbers and updating the post so everyone can keep track of each others i doubt that. its immpossible for me to change the numbers as you all have copies, CCP would ban me and you could claim the character i believe because the numbers can be tracked by the gm's becuase they are in evemails and i should think edits to posts are trackable by them.
So i challenge you to find a way of me scamming you and you still not getting the character, or even a way of me being able to scam you! Just accept this lotto is legit, becuase it is. Its normal to be cautious but stop trying to make me out as somthing im not.

Okay date when ill be taking this character off the lotto and refunds given is around the 12th August.
Unless ofcourse i sell over 180 Tickets and i will Lotto him off anyway. (Less than 50 tickets away)
It would help if you guys would also ask people to enter it :) 10M a ticket isn't much to risk.

Rolls are registered under a username posted in the first post... 1 roll only allowed.
Everyone who's bought a ticket gets a number or numbers depending on how many tickets. If the roll is one of yours, you win..
