well Brea, i got bored and since we don't stay on contract anyways did a lil number crunchin, started by hand, then i realized i have a computer :)..
Noir. has:
1715 kills (61.27B damage done) to 359 losses (12.97 damage recieved) ON CONTRACT
1682 kills (72.98B damage done (blame aleks killin carriers with invicta  )) to 695 losses (28.68B damage recieved) OFF CONTRACT
so that is 50.49% of our kills (45.64% damage done) to 34.06% of losses (31.14% damage recieved) ON CONTRACT which if you look carefully means we really dont give a crap about off contract stuffs but once a contract starts up, or when it isnt some lame dockupski contract, we are at the top of our game and constantly improving our tactics and employing new ones.
as to other merc corps, we only go after them if it is a legitimate contract, and we tend to prove our worth in those aswell: Neo Spartans - 70% eff.; REPO/Intan (combined contract) 88%
also if you take a look at our contracts, we have had a great number of Lowsec and 0.0 contracts and we do operate NBSI so while things are slow other things tend to die. along with the training operations and providence ops/roams we do i'd say that we stay on contract pretty well, aswell as the fact that noir. has taken many.. shall i say "interesting" contracts just to see what we can do (Hedion comes to mind) tends to point to the contrary of everything you say about us. so get a life and dont make me do maths again :(
now to go dock up and watch tv
