If my skill queue is full with say 10 skills due to finish is 2 days, but the first skill is set to end at downtime tonight, when doe the second skill start training?
Basically if a skill ends during downtime, does the next skill start immediately after it, or after downtime is over?

If a skill ends during downtime the next skill starts training directly when the other one ends (as normal).

Skill training is only calculated while you're online. Basicly when you login it will check your queue and see how much you've trained while you were offline.

Wait what? Basically this is wrong... Your skill training is calculated at the moment you start training the skill, it knows when it'll finish and that's it... If you pause the training it'll do a new calculation to figure out how much you've trained... It has nothing to do with being online or not... And also it has nothing to do with the question asked...
The queue will switch skills for you even if it's smack in the middle of downtime... Like Estel said...

Actually I'm right, if you check your queue using the API while you're offline you'll notice that the finished skills are still on top of the queue.
Also it has everything to do with the question in question (instantrimshot.com) Since the fact that skills aren't calculated on the fly will lead to downtime not mattering when it comes to skill queue since it wont have to start the skill during it.
Get your facts straight before telling me I'm wrong man.

Sounds more like an API error since it also reports which skill you're currently training, which will be the correct one in the queue at any given time. ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

That I'm not sure of, but it sure didn't in the beginning when the queue got inplemented, I remember the evemon folks had to modify evemon for it to show the current skill after the first in the queue stopped (if said character were offline)

My facts are straight, the fact that you don't believe me is a different matter...
