Did most of World's Collide, level 4 yesterday did not receive a single sec status gain. Finished it today from start to finish, no gains. Ran Duo of Death after, no gains. Corp mate is having same issue.

logon today and see if you have them. i've seen some lag in standings updates.

Some missions do not give a sec status gain, some do. I don't know why, or which ones.

Old bug but if you petition it the GM's will tell you that sansha/bloodraiders/angels... are not NPC pirates and do not give sec status.

they broke it a while ago and really don't seem to care to fix it.
last I checked recon 1/3 gave increases though.

As far as i know sec status do not go over 5.0 for killing NPC pirates.
P.S.: So now I'm working for Angels cartel

This sounds about right. Mines been stuck on 5.01 for the past 6 months, and Ive done plenty of ratting in that time.

Mission NPCs can raise the sec status up to 5, this has been the case for the last 3 years ...
SOME, very rare, very high bounty, named 0.0 NPCs can raise the sec status above 5, but you need to do a heck of a lot of ratting in nullsec and have the luck to find an officer spawn for that to happen.
I've been stuck at 5.02 sec status for more than 2 years now ...

There are two COSMOS missions wich can boost you a bit over 5.0.

doing the 2 cosmos missions boosts you to 5.9

My sec status is -2.08 so I'm not capping out.
I've gotten plenty of sec gains from Sansha's, seems strange to suddenly stop getting it.
I ended last night by completing Gone Berserk, no gains.

in the last few days i'v boost my sec status from almost -5 to -3.28 , most of from ratting in minmatar low space.Every 15m i got a boost ,some times faster like i got now a boost and after 3 min i got a new one and then after 15m a new boost.
i hope this will help
