How handy it can be broken in certain people's advantage. Sadly enough we have to take someone's word even though a lot of people don't trust his word to be a full and accurate communication in this matter.

if hydra wants to claim the gm response sreegs posted was fake they'd be free to do so and we'd doubtless have seen a threadnaught of posting claiming it was a fake

no, see, the changed rule was posting gm correspondence which you were trying to turn into A Thing
it is clear the rules on what hydra/outbreak could do did not change one iota between the original posting of the rules, the gm's restatement, and the subsequent hammer to the **** when h/o broke it |
