I've heard of a couple of other corp mates who are having similar problems. I click to join comms in the fleet window and nothing happens. I've looked through the known issues but didn't see this problem listed. Any ideas on what the solution is? I'm running on Vista if that makes any difference. Thanks

I wrote a petition and they said its a server side problem and they are investigating how to fix it.

I somehow stumbled thru (and survived) a fleet fight locking all that was close and seeing where the damage was going before firing. I only made it there as FC fleet warped all of us though I invariably arrived late as I was unaligned due to not hearing anything.

But infact i think they need more than week to fix that. espicially the log serv has more than 3000 files to check it. they will not check all files but the member who have the problem have somthing diffrint. Any way the fun was more less and here born new fun like how to be with the fleet with out order ^_^ Notice:The sector somtimes kicked me from the server..... why?

Impossible to join fleet audio (clicking does nothing), worked fine for 5 days and joined automatically anyway. I noticed that under Audio & Chat the whole Configuration section was missing. Disabling/enabling Eve Voice and restarting client did nothing. Rebooted and it seemed to clear, whether that was coincidence I do not know.

However, ive found a workaround & now allways works: Press esc Go to audio input device drop down down menu Select the option again ( mines currently front mic input ) My front mic input is still selected when i click it to shut the drop down menu down. Press esc Press ur talk button & get speaking. Its the only way i can get it to work, its a pain to do that, but, it works for me. Hope this helps

I have tried every possible combination of selecting input and output devices. I tried joining fleet voice, squad voice, not joining, changing mic and output - you name it. I certainly appreciate the suggestion though. I can be heard in voice but cannot hear. Was that your issue as well?

Just to narrow it down, is EvE music off, as in, go to jukebox, mute the volume bar & pause the music? try relogging if that helps? [ thinking outside the box here ....]

Unable to join fleet voice at all - i.e. right-click, join, no result. 2. If I shuffle around audio input and output devices as others have described, I am able to join fleet voice (and wing and squad), however I still cannot hear others speaking. If I press my PTT key (right shift) the Fleet window indicates that I am speaking in channel. I don't know if others can hear me or not. I hope this description helps you resolve the issue, RvB is no fun without Eve Voice.

I can join but cannot hear anyone (though I see people "speaking"). In echo test, looks like it can hear me but it won't play back. Tried all permutations of devices. Tried reinstalling EVE. Tried deleting all settings. Problem started the day Inferno was deployed. Never had issues before.
