The Accursed Space Jerks
|
Posted - 2009.07.30 15:46:00 -
[1]
Currently my evetime sucks. My corp is very inactive and I'm bored with solo. I'm looking for an extremely active pvp corp to recruit me.
Who I am I'm US EST (GMT-5) timezone. I'm an active, pvp focused player with plenty of ISK, the ability to resupply myself (even when pirate) and an insatiable desire for good eve fights. I have Vent, a working mic and massive amounts of pvp experience. I'm NOT a cap pilot, nor do I wish to train for one. I've included some relevant links at the bottom of this thread.
What I want 1) Extremely active US EST timezone corp 2) Tons of targets. WTs who fight, target rich pirating areas, 0.0 alliances who fight back, faction warfare targets, whatever! I just want to be able to log on and shoot stuff without spending forever looking for a fight. 3) Competent corpmates. I know my stuff, I want and expect the same from you guys. Eve is a team game, you win or lose based on your gangmates. 4) Low blue count and a NBSI policy. Targets are too rare to be limiting what you can shoot. 5) Your recruiter to fill out the questionaire in the second post.
Current Killboard Link Most Recent PvP Video Battleclinic 'lifetime' score (obviously not 100% accurate, but a decent indicator)

What region? 6) Killboard link 7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? 1) Describe what your corp does, take a second and elaborate. Our corp does a little of everything; we have miners, pvpers, mission runners, wormhole pples, probing pples, builders, and bull****ters
2) What timezone is your corp most active in? US, the ceo's are on central time and the majority of our pple are in US.
3) 'Peak' timezone player numbers online? umm around 2-10 eastern time there is anywhere between 5-20 people online in corp and ive never seen our alliance lower than 30.
4) 'Off' timezone player numbers online? less than 5 and between any hours not included above
5) 0.0, low sec or high sec based? What region? 0.0; providence, catch, and immensea
6) Killboard link? umm dont think we have one as a corp.
7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? Etc I do believe our alliance does a little of all those. They just took space in immensea so they are in need of heavy pvpers who can fly anything competently
8) Average gang size? 10-20
9) Engagement policy? in immensea its NBSI, in providence NRDS
10) Why should I join your corp over anyone else's? well, we are in need of some pvpers and i believe that we can offer alot of pvp considering our alliance jsut took over some of immensea.
11) Additional information I should be aware of? Umm, we are a democratic corp with two co-ceo's (im one of them). We have about 54 people in our corp, 45 are actual people and the rest are alts. We build all kinds of things, almost to the point where we can build all ships in the game. I think that is it, any other questions just contact Lakiya or Coloumbia in game.

Edited by: Cordo Draken on 31/07/2009 08:50:22 HI,
1) Describe what your corp does, take a second and elaborate. *We are a Hi-sec, Mostly Caldari space, PvPers, War Decs, Some WH exploration for targets and some lo sec roams. 2) What timezone is your corp most active in? * We have a good mix from EU to US. East US would see a good amount of our guys on. 3) 'Peak' timezone player numbers online? * We are growing 30+ with a majority of active guys. Some alts, etc. 10-15+ 4) 'Off' timezone player numbers online? *low numbers 1-5, but they're actively looking for targets or fights. 5) 0.0, low sec or high sec based? What region? *High sec mostly, Lonetrek, and surrounding regions. Some WH and Low sec roams in organized groups. 6) Killboard link *Yes we do, High K/D Ratio and many successful wars. Somali Coastguard Authority, ours is set to private for a good reason though. We also have a Forum to discuss when we can't be in game. 7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? Etc *Depends on our enemy, we adapt tactics and fight to hurt their pocket book. We field all races, HAC's, Recon, Logistics, mostly T1 Frigs, cruisers and BS. We tend to bring the ships that will 'do the job' vs bring overkill. We want to be sporting and tactiful in our fights. 8) Average gang size? *Varies at TZ, 5-10, sometimes more. 9) Engagement policy? *NBSI 10) Why should I join your corp over anyone else's? *We have a great group of guys. Very non-clicky, we consider ourselves friends in digital space and always back each other up. We're here for fun at the expense of those who get in our way. We win some, we lose few, but we keep fighting. We adjust and adapt to our enemies and frustrate the crap out of them. We have Vent, we use it, we recruit vets and aspiring noobs and teach what we can and learn what we can. We're still fairly young, but we've come a long way in a short time with a good number of unspoken allies, and a good number of enemies. We're very open minded and diplomatic. 11) Additional information I should be aware of? We are PvP focused, we expect our guys to produce their own money, we expect when online in times of an op or war, they fleet up and assist. Other than that, they can do what they need to do... which for pretty much everyone is PvP/make ISK. We have fun bottom line. We're not perfect, we may not be pro, but we do succeed and have a great commaraderee. You can Contact me Cordo or Starnap - CEO, Mytzso or Ifly Uwalk. Best of luck on finding a new group to call friends. :-)

Hey man! Long time no see ;)
1) Describe what your corp does, take a second and elaborate.
We do 0.0, as a unit we PvP and try to get an industrial aspect (production of PvP-ships mostly) going. Most of the time our guys fly in roaming PvP-gangs with our alliance. No blues, so everyone's a target. Our goals is to keep having fun, socialize and do well in PvP without too much hassle.
2) What timezone is your corp most active in?
We used to be mostly Euro, but since we're now in a very U.S-active alliance, I would say that it's now 40% euro 60% U.S. A lot of nightowl EU too.
3) 'Peak' timezone player numbers online?
Two weeks ago we had 29 characters online at the same time at 21:00 EVE-time on a Saturday. I would say the true average is somewhere around 16, at that hour.
4) 'Off' timezone player numbers online?
Anywhere after 0600 to around downtime. That's when we have at most 5-6 online.
5) 0.0, low sec or high sec based? What region?
NPC 0.0, Stain. Our blue policy is: You have to fight together with us to be blue. Currently that means no blues at all, lol. People don't like us very much. ^^
6) Killboard link
br1ck.podzone.net -> Alliance. blah.enquilon.com -> Corp.
7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? Etc
Most frequent shiptype in gang are BC:s, HAC:s and ceptors are a strong contender for #2.
8) Average gang size? 15, but the standard deviation is pretty high.
9) Engagement policy? Depends on FC. Our IE-EX FC:s prefer to fight regardless of odds. They rather lose a ship than go back home without action. This is also one of the bigger reasons why BC's are so commonplace.
10) Why should I join your corp over anyone else's?
Ore Mongers is about loyalty, honesty and strong ties. We take great pride in what we do, and give people a hard time about doing mistakes. There's quite a lot of strong topic discussions, not only concerning EVE. But we as leaders have a passion for our corporation and always try and inspire the same in our members. Most members who stay with Ore Mongers get the same "disease". I think the reason why you should rather join us is that a) You will never feel alone with us, if you are willing to participate both in gangs and socially you will always feel welcome and b) We really do stand up for each other, loners and individuals who think only of themselves get booted pretty quickly. Also, I pride myself on kicking any inactive pilots out of the corporation after 30 days of inactivity. We don't have half our membership not logged on for months.
11) Additional information I should be aware of?
Expect what you give to be returned. If you give no patience, you get none. This is how we've retained so many players for years. And why loyalty pays off. It's the impatient ego-trips that we see leave, because they can't stand the idea that it isn't only about them.

1) Describe what your corp does, take a second and elaborate. Crusehd Ambitions is a Empire 'mercenary' corporation. Important points of note, we are extremely honorable. But Plausibly Denyability, is it's own honor. If you like to tow the line. we work well. We have a low sec system we hang out in to kill people, we do decs for fun and decs for payment, we like WTs that fight back but we don't suck out WTs off, to make them fight. Not sitting in a system with outnumbered 15:1 for 2 years waiting form them to grow a pair. 2) What timezone is your corp most active in? Any US timzeone. 3) 'Peak' timezone player numbers online? Any us timezone. 4) 'Off' timezone player numbers online? We almost always have 2-3 players online, but we are a US tz corp. 5) 0.0, low sec or high sec based? What region? All of the above. Except the 0.0.... and the high sec. Getting PVP in eve can be a *****, so we like to hang in low sec to relax. We travel all over eve for wars and will smash a pos to encourage our targets to fight. Normally live in gallente space sinq laison regaion. 6) Killboard link http://www.crushedambitions.com/Killboard/?a=home We gots an orca today... 7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? Etc C-A Flies a lot of BC, and a lot of BS. RR BS, ad Gank BS all good. Empire brings out the bigger ships because people are pussies, we like the BC because it lets us be mobile but you get 8 together you can take on 2-3 bs and make a good fight of it. 8) Average gang size? Four, five players on average. When we're running around in a group. We often to a lot of solo work and group up when we need too. Blobs are not the fun part of eve. 9) Engagement policy? Yes. 10) Why should I join your corp over anyone else's? Sucky sucky 5 dolla? You know as well as i do it's a sellers market for recruitment. You'll join a corp with players and people you like, not because i'll blow you to join, or because i'll pay your isk to join, or because i have a logistical setup. You'll putup with a lotta **** if you liek the people. I don't know you. I can't tell you you'll fit in. But i like the guys i fly with. If i dont' like you, i won't have a problem saying hey, this isn't working out... it's not me... it' you. 11) Additional information I should be aware of? Our industrial alt corporation is currently researching a tripple ****ed hooker. We stand to make millions.

Sort of, yea. Real shame too, we were selected for the alliance tournament.
We're shedding a few members as a result, and anyone coming from The Accursed is a superb player, and any serious PVP corps should bend over backwards to recruit my guys. They've been pre-screened and battle-tested, and will not disappoint.

My peak period of activity is probably 22:00-04:00 evetime. Which is 6pm-midnight my time. You guys basically don't kill anything during those hours, which is a big problem.

After that, we gun down bad guys. 2) What timezone is your corp most active in? US CST 500-1200 3) 'Peak' timezone player numbers online? too pitiful to state, see above 4) 'Off' timezone player numbers online? ditto 5) 0.0, low sec or high sec based? What region? high-sec for HQ, low-sec for ops. Sinq Laison region 6) Killboard link Killboard is in the works. See the bit about being small. 7) Most frequent gang types? RR? HAC? Frig? Fleet BS? "Fleet" BS 8) Average gang size? 2-3, but growing as I type 9) Engagement policy? anyone who isnt minding their own business (i.e dont shoot carebears) 10) Why should I join your corp over anyone else's? We have a noble purpose. Besides that, you could be a God amongst very tiny insects 11) Additional information I should be aware of? we have big plans for the future that hinge on getting people on board. i.e. you could be in on the ground floor if that interests you at all
