I would like to buy a 30-40mill sp char for a 9-12bill budget. I would like to be able to use ogre II, frigate lvl 5, crusier lvl 5, battlecrusier lvl 5, battleship lvl 5, and the t2 ship comamnd skills as well, logistics, hacs, command ships, mauraders, interceptors, assault ships, as well as covert ops. I would like large hybrid turret lvl 5 and small and mediums at 5 with the specializations at 4 and up. I would also like the other relative gunnery, electronics, engineering, mechanic, and navigation to be at 4 and 5. T3 capable would also be nice. no cap skills required. put links below to ur chars plz!

Not interested in a Caldari character, perhaps?
I have pretty much everything you are asking for but in the caldari race.

This guy has most of that aside from BC 5. 38 mil sp i know cap skills are not required but he also has all skills straight for a moros and rorqual, as well as gallente freighter skill. I don't have him ready to sell but I have been considering it for some time now. If your interested send me an eve-mail and we'll talk.

I have one at 45 millions sp with all armor comp 5 / bs 5 / large blaster spe 5 / awu 5
can fly : command ships / reacon ship / interceptors / heavy interdictor / assault ships / hacs
