If the denfending champions cant come you might as well just take it out entirely, isnt that the ones you want to beat?
They obviously cheated, so I'm not sure there's many who'd consider them genuine, kosher type champions. I'd consider the alliance who finished in the highest position without cheating to be the best pvpers and the ones to beat. But that's just me ;) |

It's kinda hard to know isn't it? All we can be sure of is that you competed dishonestly, the extent is unknown. Is not a very tenable to position to obviously throw a match then turn up here asking us to have faith in your honest conduct in rest of that competition (IX). |

Id understand this if hydra pilots were logging in the outbreak peoples accounts and fought or the other way around, but other then that? Seriously? Id like to think that if they were "cheating" they would have been removed. I see two teams that trained together really hard and ****** up the rest. Doesnt really matter to me who of Outbreak and Hydra won, but they won fair and square according to the rules, in fact I dont see hydra as the winner I see hydra and outbreak as the winners.
You know what though. I should probably avoid the word cheat as that's debateable based on symantics. Probably the better phrase is 'did not win on pure pvp skill, did not keep to the spirit of the competition and kinda screwed the whole thing up for eveyone'......or something like that. |

Match fixing usually falls under that category.
Anyways, that's worked out my post-work need to rant. Apologies if any of it went beyond fair. Still absolutely support ccp's efforts to have a pvp competition where people actually compete. Will check in tomorrow for more tears ;)
