In the journal, it would be nice if there was a column saying where the mission is. And when you right-click you can set destination to the mission's location.
And then when you complete the mission the location and destination changes to the system your agent is in.

I understand, thought it is abit more complicated, or at least there is one more thing:
The agent might be in one system, and the mission itself might be in some other system again. I wouldn't mind seeing this info show up in the journal, so that it is clear what systems are relevant.

Correction: You need only left click on the mission entry to read the details.
(At least for me)

It's not me that is lazy but you if you run just one mission.
I tend to do 5 - 8 (combat) missions simultanousely per charactar (2 characters total). It would be very helpfull to see:
a) where the agent is located
b) where the target is located
c) if the objective is achieved

Do less combat missions, if you can't keep track. Mission runners are overpaid as is, anyways.
