Metal Swarm is a corporation that has been in the making for some time. Now we're ready to move forward. Visit our website and you will leave with an absolute clear sense of what we're doing and whether or not it is for you. Metal Swarm is currently located in Amarr/Domain for Empire Operations with access to 0.0 Ratting and Mining.
We're looking for: These positions start at the high rank of Lieutenant.
PVP Lieutenant: Our PVP Lieutenant will take the lead in training our pilots for low sec and 0.0 PVP. This person will also have a great foundation in terms of proper ship fitting including Sheild and Armor tanking, sharing this knowledge with our pilots through scheduled training Ops & Live missions.
Logistics Lieutenant: The Logistics Lieutenant is a virtuoso in terms of Recon and Logistics ships and their use. This individual has extensive knowledge of successful fits, sharing this knowledge with our pilots through scheduled training Ops & Live Missions.
Covert Ops/Recon Lieutenant: The Covert Ops Lieutenant is skilled in Covert Ops and Stealth Bombers use and fits. The Lieutenant will train and lead our covert Ops division during excersizes and live missions. This Lieutenant is tasked leading our Recon force. Scheduled training Ops will lead to live recon action into enemy territory.
Frigate Swarm Lieutenant: This Lieutenant will train our pilots for successful frigate swarming as well as lead them during specific swarm scheduled training and live missions.
Exploration, Archeology & Wormhole Lieutenant: The Exploration Lieutenant will train our pilots and lead exploration missions for the corporation. This is our corporation's treasure hunting division.
Missions Lieutenant: The Mission Lieutenant shares his/her passion of mission running with our pilots. The Lieutenant leads our mission groups to success in high and low sec space gaining levels and standings for the pilots and the corporation.
Communications Lieutenant: This Lieutenant is an expert in setting up Ventrilo Channels for our corporation and alliance and trains our pilots in appropriate set up and usage policy. This Lieutenant is also tasked with leading all corporate communications.
Recruiting/Human Resources Lieutenant: This individual will lead the recruitment effort for the corporation as we move forward (CEO will continue to assist during the intial recruitment phase.) This Lieutenant will also handle queries and deal with basic pilots issues/requests.
Mining Lieutenant: The mining Lieutenant can pilot an orca and can provide bonuses to our mining teams. He/She will train our pilots and lead a few mining Ops per week.

Some of the pilots who assume these open roles above will excel to a higher rank gaining prestige and power beyond Lieutenant. Visit our website's Roles and Structure Page for full details about advancement, Rank, corporate structure and philosophy.
Not looking for a leadership position but want to join the corporation and get in at the beginning of what is sure to become a powerful and successful corporation? Visit our website's "Join" page and apply for a general pilots position.
WE NEED EVERYONE.
5MIL skillpoints minimum is required.
This corporation is being led by a 40Mil SP CEO who has lived in 0.0 space and has the experience necessary for success. But most of all METAL SWARM was created to be different. Elitism and Rudeness is frowned upon. We want to enjoy EVE.
Visit us at www.metalswarm.com or email me at [email protected] if I'm not online. Thanks! -CEO SLAYER

We have spent the last few days running level 4 missions, ratting in 0.0 space and mining in 0.0 space! I have literally made millions of isk already!!
The pilots in this corporation are great people it turns out. It's been great fun getting to know everyone. I'm glad I made the decision to join. Amarr in Domain has everything we could need and a bunch of pilots have level 4's a few jumps away. My standings have increased incredibly and I already have access to higher level agents because of these guys! The corporation has an incredible structure. The points system is fair. What else can i say? Metal Swarm has been growing fast. I'm no longer the newest person! Hope to see you there.

Almost a week into my employment at Metal Swarm, with no regrets! For the skeptical, I can testify that Metal Swarm offers a cohesive, goal-oriented team that is building great momentum towards its objectives, and offers a helluva good time on vent. If you'd like to get to know the guys without necessarily committing to a new corporation, all are welcome to join the "Metal Swarm" public channel.

Life in EVE has improved dramatically since joining the Swarm. I am one of the pioneers of this corporation and will see the day come when the corp has multiple pos's, the corp has a jump bridge and outpost as well as its own station. Do you know what a corporation has to do to get its own station? We do. That's the goal.
Your ife will also improve dramatically. Join the SWARM.

Thanks for checking us out! While we wish we could open up divisions for eu/uk/au etc. my sense is that it wouldn't lend to a solid corp structure and team. It would fragment Metal Swarm. So Metal Swarm is EST/CST/PST timezones only. Unless of course pilots from other the uk/eu/au are playing off hours and are in need of joining a corporation operating within the EST/CST/PST time zone. The we're all for it and please give us a shout asap.
The way we will be able to share our success with our brothers playing eve in eu/uk/au time is by way of our METAL ALLIANCE. The Metal Alliance has not been launched yet (prenature at this time to do so). When we do, we will be looking for corps operating in eu/uk/au time to share our space with us.
