They can fight well in moderate falloff so A megatron can still fight with antimatter with VERY high damage at 7 km.. a range that will already diminish a lot of the tracking issues (to ZERo against battleships in fact). The tracking issues starts to be relevant against cruisers that can dictate the range and speed of combat. But against those any battleship woudl have some sort of tracking issues. Also long gone the days of 1v1... very likely you will have a rapier or some other dedicated web in fleet.

In my setup the point/eccm mids can be pretty much whatever you want, so web/scram if that's what you're after. I just usually find myself shooting at other battleships 90% of the time in RR, so why bother?

I normally fit my Mega with a MWD/Scram/Web/Cap Booster but that works fine with my newbie named guns and their low fitting reqs. Everyone here is giving fits for general group PVP with RR. Kessah's should be good for solo work and if your doing PVE you may want to re-think using blaster for this task. You should ideally know what you want to do THEN choose the right tool for the job. You may find the mega isn't even the best ships you can use, though it is a game and sometimes using a specific ship just because you can is valid too.

I'd slap you upside the head with a good setup, but I'm afraid you wouldn't even notice it. whit t2 amo and te gus had more dps dumy and why wulld you use a 300+ m in setups on a mega its stupid :) I think i answered your question above, but il try to illiterate why its isn't a 300m isk fit. Thats the faction ammo your looking at not the guns. That isnt expensive for battleship weaponry. Void ammo also negates heavily the bonus that you get with the Megathron in the first place because of the tracking penalty and so will probably do more DPS in the long run. Again research is important.

Its a gank ship, use some dmg mods, at least 2. Also you have way too much tank, you didnt fill all your gun slots, and remote repair rigs are useless when you are using 2 remote reps. Your setup would be more suited for a domi. Imply or Implode? There are many Duffman, don't tell the children... It's disillusioning! Duffman is thrusting in the direction of the problem!
