I'm hosting an event. It will start at 01:00 eve time on the 5th of August.
Rules are simple first come first serve, I will announce in local when its time to start. Its a simple game, You use scan probes to scan down med size drones, that are sitting outside my cans, each can has a prize ranging for worthless to the best being passwords you have to give to me for a faction cruiser and even 30 days game time plex.
The cans will be dropped earlier in the day and the drones will be dropped right before we start.
The most valuable item's drones will be dropped last to make sure anyone scanning early wont get anything worth while.
Anyone that finds a can is asked to report to me the number on the can you found so I can mark it off my list.
I have spent 1 billion isk in prizes for this game, and will consider spending the same or more in the future depending on how well this go's.
All I can say is have fun, and enjoy this event if you can make it.

Will try to be there. Haven't done probing before so most likely will end up with nothing but it will be good practice.

Would have loved to be there, sounds like a fun event! Perhaps a more EU timezone friendly time next event? :)

Yes you need to use scan probes, this is about as hard as scanning down frigs, which isn't to bad, but is mad harder by the fact that there are so many drones in Oursulaert.
If this event gos well, After I build up some more isk, Ill setup my next one at a more friendly time for the UK time zone. I am looking forward to the event this after noon, or late night for those of you who can make it in the uk tz, and hope to see a lot of people there.
prize list is published as such, not the best but still pretty nice, most of it is centered around PVE and exploration.

Cool. Think we can have something in Caldari or Amarr space next time? Gallente navy dosen't like me too much

Thats 03:00 CEST and on 08:00 CEST (06:00 eve time) my clock rings 'coz I've to go to office. If you could do this earlier or, even better, on weekend?

Tbh the major thing I was pointing out there is the difference in the dates. but Ill run one on a more UK friendly TZ next time. Thanks for the interest though.
