A Time of Reckoning has begun...
It has come to the attention of the governing body within CONCORD of numerous violations occurring within Empire Space recently in many solar systems.
CONCORD has established a group of highly skilled individuals to ascertain the degree and levels of these flagrant violations and contact the offenders. I being one of those individuals have been commissioned for such a task. I specialize in Child Protection, but have been trained to enforce the law in all areas. The initial scope and analysis has shown that some of the violations are in fact violations against humanity... specifically children. Crimes that prohibit children in receiving their share of food, clothing, shelter, medical support, and safety will not be tolerated by CONCORD. CONCORD will do everything in it's power to ensure that the lives and future of it's citizens remain intact.
I hereby communicate the following statement under direct authority of CONCORD:
If you owe CONCORD for delinquent child support, taxes in arrears, unpaid traffic fines, or are guilty of embezzlement, confiscation of contraband, jay-walking within station hangers, unreported corporate interest income, vandalism, and abandonment of ship drones, then expect to receive a knock on your front door from me.
I've been licensed and backed fully by CONCORD and her two member corps, the DED and Inner Circle pursuant to Code 734-S3-7T, Article V, Section IV, Paragraph VII under CONCORD Jurisdiction and Law Enforcement.
