Harassing iudex isn't cool.
On the topic of Udan, my understanding is his final act in militia (well, until he came back *again* anyway) was taking a fleet out and suiciding it. After the stuff that happened I wouldn't trust him in a fleet anymore.
Sorry you lost your dreads, iudex, and I hope they stop harassing you.

A smart fellow would have had this done to him once, capitalised on it by doing it again and tipping off a power bloc and getting a dozen easy cap kills.
PS we really weren't expecting to bump you that far the second time. Was pretty n1. Our initial reaction was 'OMG STUPID CYNO PILOT' then you got bamped out of dock range, so it was all good. PS, if we'd landed where we should have and hadn't bonked you, you'd still have melted.

I said it on militia chat, but I'll say it here too - if you don't act mean towards him then people won't think you're harassing him. It's a surefire solution.  I hope he's not harassing you, either.

I disagree with you on the underlined part. The second time I was prepared exactly for that and expected a capital hotdrop, it wasn't a surprise anymore like the day before. The active armour hardeners were overheated, which resulted in a huge buffer-tank (little over 3 million EHP according to EFT).
Also this time I disengaged right when the cyno opened.
When you bring in all the dreads, enter siege-mode and target me, you have like 30-40 seconds left at most. Aside from the incident of this topic, it would have been an interesting game to play, watching the stopwatch and the melting tank - it's one of those moments that make Eve interesting to play.
Since you are in CSM, maybe you can ask to remove this crazy cyno bump mechanics (after all a cyno has a different purpose than being used to bump ships), or at least for one of those big Caldari station in Tama, and then I can promise you we will play this game quite often with many opportunities to find out if you can mobilise enough firepower to kill a 3 mil. EHP ship in less than a minute.

I don't think he is whining about his loss. He just disappoints with fellow militia member who opened cyno for pirates to kill him. Anyway, he probably knows betrayal happens every seconds in EVE so he accepted it. However, that guy who opens cyno keep mentions and smack talk about this in Caldari militia chat. That is what I understand from this post so far.
Also, about the deleted eve mails. How convenient is it? If you delete it which means you cannot prove it, then don't mention it.
P.S. I owned 2,000,000 Guardian-Vexor cause I ROCK but I cannot show it to you ladies b/c I just melt them and trashed all those ores cause I don't like ores in my hanger. Ores are dirty and messy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually we waited until you fired off a neut, giving us approx 80 seconds to jump in, lock you and kill you. With what we brought it would have been tight, but doable.
As to your second point. I do not serve to change game mechanics to support your dangerously naive and quite frankly noobish play style.
Why don't you stop complaining about something that is
1. Pretty Rare
2. Sometimes more of a hinderance than a help.
Had we jumped in and you'd been bounced into the station and all of us outwards I doubt you'd be complaining as we'd be doing 0 dps due to lol tracking.
The issue at hand was fixed once to (my) satisfaction. The occassional bump during mass cynos or gang warps now is a hazard. I myself found one of my capital characters bumped 150km off the gate in Tama the other week when engaging those motherships. Did I cry? No, I loaded my long range ammo and got on with it.
Reference the station in Tama... Tama always has been and always will be a hotspot for PVP, I think in many respects having the only station in the system be a kickout adds to the element of danger and mystery associated with the system.
tl;dr You're a bell end, get out.

That is what Bydi is all about..We dont care who we loose against as long as we got fun doing it..
That is why we had the so called "respect" to begin with for taking fights we would loose..
But killboards dont tell the truth about all losses and victorys..

This fight tells you that we won heavily..
The fact is that we went all BYDI in battlecruisers vs a much bigger FW gang..They almost doubled our numbers and dropped 4-5 carriers aswell..
We fought for a good while before retreating and lost the fight..When they dropped carriers we knew we had a big good fight coming and contacted our friends to match their number advantage..
While they felt confident after winning and looted we jumped back in and went at it again..
FW started to retreat then realised they could match our numbers and started to come back in again to be slaughtered one by one..
End result: If we had not contacted our friends it would been a 7kills - 11 losses result on KB..Instead it took the second fight into account aswell and ended as 66-13 in our advantage..
See how a KB is not telling the truth..What started as us being heavily outnumbered turns out on KB as a pretty equal fight we won heavily..
BYDI dont feel ashamed of loosing fights to caldari FW..They are infact one of few that bring it all the time..
We dont fight for KB stats.If we can do it alone we come alone..If we cant do the fight because of huge lack of numbers we contact our friends so we can fight..
Why pass out on a fight to be the "cool" BYDI guys that "always" fly alone..
Edit: and if you look closer the FW guys often test dmg and shoot at eachother in local before fights..Therefore they show as BYDI allies in many fights..
So if you see fights BYDI lost with 40vs40 there is a good chance 10 of them was FW guys who tested dps before the fight..

Hey, that's not how it went down.
We formed up a fleet with intel on your location and went in with BNC supporting. We engaged the BYDI fleet, opened up a cyno and BNC brought in a bunch of carriers in support. We won quickly and held the field. BNC's caps jumped out quickly, except for one, whose pilot was having connection issues and had been told not to jump into the system, but did anyway.
As the militia fleet warped away, new allied ships/reships from BYDI&friends arrived on the field and tackled the lagging carrier. BNC didn't care, because they'd told him not to bring it anyway, and left. The general militia fleet saw the carrier was tackled on our way out and regrouped at Nourv gate, but some people jumped through to get rid of loot or whatever.
For whatever confluence of factors, we didn't get info from BNC that they didn't care about the carrier and weren't going to try to save it, and that we shouldn't either. Our FC made the call to jump back in and engage to try and get the points off it. The fleet was a bit scattered from people trying to dump loot or leaving or whatever and we only had the DPS available to take down a couple of ships. Eventually we retreated and the carrier was destroyed.
So yeah, that's the actual story of what happened in that fight. I had the dubious honour of being the first battleship on the field in the first engagement and got primaried for it.  But I reshipped and came back and managed to see all the aftermath and second fight, too.

Strange concept, but if it works for you... I'd prolly exploit the fact they primary me, put together a serious trimark fit, buy HG slaves and stuff, but thats just me.

1) I wasn't the FC in that fleet
2) Not cost effective to trimark in these specific situations when I can a) fund 2 more battleships for the cost and b) have them back on the field in nearly a minute.

Yes. I do behave the same online and irl, and everyone who knows me will verify.
And yes, I will insult anyone who snipes with missiles (lolhydra), anyone who fits hull reps on a dread, or anyone who loses two dreads within 24h in the same situation to the same guys without learning from his mistakes.
