I realize most people turn it off after a while of listening to it, but each time I reinstall eve and that music is playing again, I get all nostolgic (sic) and miss the good ole' days of being a newb :) I was just wondering if you guys hired on the music composer for a second round to make more music for shiva? www.eve-search.com \| www.myevebay.com

In the meantime I can recommend some of the ambient radio stations on winamp: digitally imported DroneZone BlueMars CryoSleep They all play very nice ambient tracks, most of them fitting into the game as if they were made for it. edit: Those are winamp links so they might not work on your machine. Just copy the links (rightclick, copy hyperlink) and add them in your media library or just look them up in the Internet Radio list (should be easy to find if you order by genre). Of course Eve radio is a great alternative aswell, but to be honest I don't think most of the music fits in the game athmosphere so I prefer to tune in for some of the shows and play ambient stuff in the meantime. That said, I think pretty much any of the music done for EVE completely blows away anything else out there. The only other MMOG I've really been impressed with, music wise, was Lineage 2 (never played it though!). They had several of their soundtrack available for download before release, and it was done with a real orchestra. It's amazing how powerful that can make a game's music.
