hello again, i need help.
you may have seen my previouse post about my account being hacked.
the GM are sorting it for me, thanks guys.
i formatted my computer and changed my password for eve. but when i went in to do some skill training ive found ive lost more ships and fitting from a different station, the hacker is systematically going through all the stations where my assets are. also a player donation was take from my account to a FAFAFA008. is he the hacker or an isk buyer?
what i ask is how can they still be hacking my account since i changed password and formatted computer.
please help

Could they have possibly gotten access to the email account where the password gets sent too when requested?

When you formatted, Did you use a CLEAN INSTALL of Eve or did you simply back-up your existing client.

Since when does one have access to an account, if only to change a skill, when it's under investigation by CCP?

i used a new installation and i dont know how i got back into eve but the fact the hackers are is reall upsetting me. as for fafafa008 hes 1 day old, is he an isk farmer, hacker or buyer? BAN HIM REGARDLESS

Have you considered the possibility that this players account was hacked as well? Also, change all your passwords, not just EVE.

im not going to start swearing on this forum but this is not a troll,
read my first post about my account being hacked,
also if this is a joke then you give me what ive lost,
the gm are looking into this atm but not sure when it wil be sorted

So why are you posting, as mentioned change all passwords and i don't even use the same password on multiple things for a reason ;)

If you get hacked with keylogger from naked woman links...
1) Buy a new harddrive or do couple formats - remove everything, with care
2) Change every password you have into important things such as banking accounts, work related passwords, email accounts, important forum passwords etc.
3) Start using long passwords, generated with random generator, numbers and letters.
When I got hacked 3 years ago, at the very same day, they logged into my banking account too, but luckily my bank has double layer of security so account number and password isn't enough to do anything.
They also logged into my email and removed all my mails, thank god that service provider had backups...
DO NOT CLICK THOSE LINKS OR DOWNLOAD MACRO SOFTWARE, THOSE ARE USED TO INSTALL A KEYLOGGER TO YOUR SYSTEM!

My case took 11 days, CCP reimbursed lost game and skill time.
