Side note, someone asked me what I thought about Faction towers going down in price because the the expected decrease in fuel prices, the Faction towers will not save as much in fuel. I don't see their prices coming down. The 0.0 drop in towers I do not believe use the Faction towers so there will not be a flood of them. The Corps using them in high sec I think use them for their added defense bonuses ant not really for their cheaper costs. So there, may be a slight decrease in their prices, I think they will simply be scooped up and so no decreses predicted.

Part B will be extended with interest only payments as a month to month basis. Part C will stay on track as of now. (not due for another month) Part D (For Dominion) 10 billion (secured) 24% payable on Jan 1 (about 3 months). Already been negotiated and filled.
