After looking at this map,, and reading this is a topic above;
Quote: Ratified March 2-04 By the CFS Senate
1. All FA controlled stations in Delve to remain FA controlled. 2. FA agrees to keep the Delve Region open - free use for all. Addendum 1: In case of warfare against the FA, the Delve region (or parts of) could be temporarilly closed of except for specifically allowed parties (CFS would be an obvious such party) Addendum 2: The Delve region is not considered 'FA Space' 3. CFS recognizes FA rights to utilize all and any resources and facilities of the sourounding regions (specifically Period Basis and Querious) 4. The CFS does not ask for reciprocal access to FA space. FA recognizes the CFS lays claim to the three disputed regions.5. 6. Each side to designate ambassadors. 7. In case of dispute each agrees to wait 48 hours to allow ambassadors to reach a settlement before ANY other action is taken.
Does this mean CFS pay a refining tax to FA to use the region? So everyday FA go richer not by mining bistot around the clock but getting CFS to do it for them aswell?
Is it because CFS are scared of their big FA neighbours? Or lack the military might to hold their stations?
