Why is it when I'm being camped in Jita, I get popped and podded before my screen even loads... but when I'm camping someone in Jita, they get to redock within moments of me locking them?

Looks like a fake mail, to me. If not, then clearly someone has learned a valuable lesson that they should have learned long ago. That lesson, clearly, is not to go to Jita. 
But yes, +1 on supplying the name and killmail so that this pilot can be re-educated.

I think this IS the first time I READ a post where The PitBoss DOESN'T randomly just put in CAPITALIZED words randomly here and THERE for unknown REASONS.
It was actually readable THIS time.

Confirming that once a word is fully capitalized it becomes confusing and difficult to read.
If you're in grade school learning your alphabet.
