I'll take a stab at this, even though I really don't know much about the 0.0 warfare right now. So consider this a high sec carebear's perspective.
Razor - I have a RL co-worker in there, seems like a good bunch of guys, but haven't heard much from them besides helping in the Delve campaign
Morsus Mihi - Who?
TCF - I don't know
Mostly Harmless - Seems Harmless.
Wildly inappropriate - I don't know.
Cult of War - Keep not knowing
PL - I invaded their space once in a condor. Also, gotta love some of the old Blood and Steel buds in there. Much <3
SoT - I don't know. I know PL is stronger then SoT, but from what I can tell if SoT and PL were to merge, it'd be about the same to me.
Kenzoku's corporations - Aren't they in FW or something now?
Triumvirate - I've seen their name, does that count?
Minor Threat - Seems minor
Atlas - I don't know.
White Noise - Who?
Goonswarm - Let's face it, goons fail so hard that they win, how can you hate that?
Systematic chaos - Seems legit.
Stain Empire - I don't know

Brick Squad - Brickin' it.
AAA - From the COAD posts you would think that these guys were slacking off or something. But since they've been holding their space down pretty well despite fighting the goons, they're obviously not doing too bad.
CVA - I have a lot of love for these guys just because they are actually doing what most 0.0 alliances couldn't accomplish. I guess it helps that they have crappy space, but even if people invaded them, from what I hear, it wouldn't be worth it.
Red Alliance - Russians from what I hear.
Scorched Earth - Seems like a horrible place to grow plants.
